Scientist in Computational and Statistical Genomics
In order to develop new analysis platforms and improve existing GenoSplice products, we are seeking a senior scientist in computational and statistical genomics.
- • Required qualifications:

- - PhD in computational biology, systems biology, discrete mathematics, statistics, and related disciplines is required;
- - Strong expertise in large data set analysis is required. Very good programming experience is required, particularly in Perl, R, Java and C/C++;
- - SQL, Oracle, website and database experience is a plus. Knowledge in splicing is a plus.
