New version of FAST DB: 2013_2

FAST DB has been updated to the 2013_2 version.

FAST DB is our regularly updated database of alternative splicing. It describes gene splicing annotations of human and mouse genes, and is used especially for the analysis of RNA-Seq data and microarrays such as splicing microarrays.

In addition to including the last version of our gene and splicing models, FAST DB now also integrates sequences from the Human lincRNA Catalog (Large intergenic non-coding RNAs).

You can access to this version through publicly available microarray project results on EASANA.
