GenoSplice participates to ILSI-BioMed 2010 at Tel-Aviv, Israel

ILSI-Biomed 2010 follows the success of previous annual conferences: last year’s event drew 6,000 industry players, engineers and scientists, with 800 participants from 35 countries and in excess of 2,500 one-on-one meetings.

We applied our EASANA® platform to analyze the splicing factor expression and transcriptome among 11 normal human tissues using the Affymetrix Exon Arrays (collaboration with INSERM).

A new publication from GenoSplice is available in PubMed

We applied our EASANA® platform to identify regulated exons between mammary gland primary tumors with different metastatic property. Expression of the subsequent validated splicing variants was then correlated with prognosis of breast cancer patients through restrospective study (collaboration with INSERM, CNRS and the Curie Institute).
