The “Alternative pre-mRNA Splicing” book is now available at Wiley-Blackwell (ISBN: 978-3-527-32606-8).
GenoSplice wrote two chapters: “Array Analysis” and “Overview of Splicing Relevant Databases”.
The three co-editors of the book are Stefan Stamm (Associate Professor in the Department for Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry at the University of Kentucky), Chris Smith (Professor of RNA Molecular Biology in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Cambridge) and Reinhard Luhrmann (Director at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Gottingen where he is head of the Department of Cellular Biochemistry).
