We applied our EASANA® platform to identify regulated exons between mammary gland primary tumors with different metastatic property. Expression of the subsequent validated splicing variants was then correlated with prognosis of breast cancer patients through restrospective study (collaboration with INSERM, CNRS and the Curie Institute).
